Sponsored Site exams (paper-based) are ONLY offered in Belarus, India, and Sri Lanka.

A completed Candidacy Application & payment of the candidacy fees MUST be submitted online through a candidates Customer Portal account before scheduling an exam at a Sponsored Site.

Exam Scheduling

To schedule a certification exam at a Sponsored Site a candidate must follow the instructions listed below

IMPORTANT:
You MUST schedule your examination no later than 30 days before the selected examination date in order to reserve a seat. Scheduling is NOT accepted less than 30 days prior to an examination date.

Sponsored Site Scheduling - ALL Certification

Go to the My Examination page in the Customer Portal.
Click on Pick Scheduling Option.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Sponsored Site tab.
Select the Examination Location from the drop-down.
Select the Examination Date from the drop-down.
To schedule your exam click on the Confirm this Examination Location / Date tab.

The Sponsored Site Schedule is subject to change. While Software Certifications makes every possible effort to provide examinations as scheduled, last minute changes have been sometimes unavoidable in the past such as exam location changes, inclement weather, and building closures.

Exam Rescheduling / Cancellation

Occasionally a candidate may need to reschedule / cancel an existing scheduled Sponsored Site examination. This is known as a Deferral. To reschedule / cancel a certification exam at a Sponsored Site a candidate must follow the instructions listed below

IMPORTANT:
You MUST Defer your examination no later than 30 days prior to the currently scheduled examination. Deferrals are NOT accepted less then 30 days prior to a currently scheduled examination date.

Sponsored Site Rescheduling / Cancellation - ALL Certification

Go to the My Examination page in the Customer Portal.
Click on the Defer link.
Review the pop-up message and click OK if sure.
Now click either the Go Here link to reschedule now, or the Exit tab to reschedule later.

IMPORTANT:
Although a candidacy application may still be active when Deferring an exam, that does not guarantee you will be able to schedule an exam days, weeks, or months later. So it is strongly recommended that you know the status of your candidacy application before deferring a scheduled exam.
